SOUL REVIVAL: A Live Wire Experiment Unearthed

Rooted in the "Waves" Map of 5Rhythms practice, with live, interactive, live explorations, in a grounded container, and focused on the perspectives of 5Rhythms Ritual Theatre, Lorca and Irene will invoke the principle of this practice. dynamic: "If you put the psyche in motion, it will heal. herself.".  Movement is both medicine and metaphor. Setting your compass for the unpredictable, come and prepare for individual and collective fascination, radical unity and avant-garde grace.  All are welcome to join. No previous dance or 5Rhythms experience is necessary.  This workshop will count as a weekend (3 days) of “elective” hours for the 5Rhythms teacher training path.
